Erik Eversdijk - Partner / Founder

My roots are to be found in the south of the Netherlands (province “Noord-Brabant”), namely in Breda where I was born. After a few years I spent the rest of my youth in the neighbor town Oosterhout. Southern aspects like pride and sociability are certainly aspects which apply to me.

After studying Law in Groningen I started my career in the legal profession, where I primarily specialized – next to Corporate Law – in the Insolvency Practice. After several years I had a growing urge towards commercialism. I decided to switch and started working at a recruitment organization called Robert Walters (Amsterdam and Rotterdam). After a fantastic trip –Sabbatical of half a year - through Southeast Asia, I returned to the recruitment and executive search scene. I joined Morgan McKinley in Amsterdam and after a year I was - as Associate Director - responsible for all Dutch activities.

Early 2011 I decided to take the step towards entrepreneurship and the brand Tailor Made Recruitment was established. With the gained experience I am confident that I can focus even more on creativity and maintaining long-term relationships. I will continue to focus on providing customized solutions: Tailor Made Recruitment!

Currently I live – together with my fiancée - with great pleasure in the heart of the “Pijp” Amsterdam.
