1. Rob Speckens

Rob started his career in the 80’s at General Electric ("GE"), where FP&A and SAP were his main focus. After that period, he gained experience in various finance roles within European HQ’s (Black & Decker, Leica). In 2008 he became CFO of Provimi Petfood. At the end of 2011 Rob started his interim career as Commercial Finance Advisor at Armstrong (UK) where he successfully played the linking pin between sales and finance. Rob's expertise is mainly focused on FP&A, particularly in setting up and maintaining management reporting (P&L, Working Capital, etc.). He will provide valuable advice, crucial for running a company successfully and raising standards to a higher level. Rob is currently working as an interim manager at Abbott Logistics.

2. Henk Quarles van Ufford

Henk has built up a long track record particularly in the chemical sector. After several years acting as a Controller and Director Accounting within Kemira, Henk took on the position of Global Controller at the Polymers business unit at Kemira. Later on he filled several leadership positions within the EMEA SSC Kemira. Eventually he became the Managing Director of EMEA SSC and production sites in Rotterdam. Henk has solid experience in successfully building up and reorganizing various divisions. His areas of expertise can be summarized as follows: FP&A, reorganizations, change management, communication with stakeholders, leadership of multidisciplinary management teams, talent development.

3. 'Anonymous (X)'

X has worked in an international financial environment at Akzo Nobel and Hexion for around 10-11 years. He has gained solid experience in US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, SAP and Hyperion. He knows how to successfully operate in a (American) corporate environment. He is motivated by achieving results: obtaining new financing, successful turnaround projects, IT outsourcing, ERP implementations and improving the planning and control cycle. He has successfully fulfilled several interim assignments at national and international organizations (private equity owned), often as interim CFO. At present, X is permanently employed as CFO in the south of the country.

4. Peter Heemink

Peter is an all-round finance professional with over 20 years of work experience at national and international companies, operating in various industries and business models (listed, private equity, etc.). He has experience with Dutch and US GAAP, IFRS, SOX and various IT systems such as SAP, Exact, Axapta Dynamics and Hyperion. After his CFO role at Carrier Holland Heating BV he started his interim career. His experiences are very diverse, but key elements include operating in Anglo-Saxon environments, successful improvement projects and turnarounds, recovery and restructuring processes, outsourcing of production modules and implementing IT systems. His experience ranges from Finance Manager at Care to FD and turnaround manager at Doornbos Equipment.

5. Reinier Siepman

Since 2003 Reinier has been active as an interim CFO / consultant. Previously he held various financial positions at listed companies such as Vopak, KLM, Imtech and Wessanen. Reinier has experience with start-ups, PE investors, green-field situations etc. As an interim professional he has successfully completed assignments with Shell, Rodamco, Vbird Airlines and DA retail. During his most recent assignments he has proven to be an expert in the area of information management systems, consolidation and risk management. Reinier is also able to operate very easily at the interface between Finance and IT. He truly feels at home in both small and large business settings and can operate as an interlocutor at all levels. Swiftly switching between operations and strategy he manages to bring back business and issue to the core. Reinier is currently permanently employed as CFO within the (greater) Amsterdam region.
