• A thorough evaluation of the current situation and your needs: together with the client the profile of the candidate is defined at a professional and personal level. Other relevant matters concerning the assignment, such as the rate and duration, will also be discussed.
• A selection will be made from our extensive network of independent interim professionals, possibly supplemented by using international multi-award winning websites.
• An introduction is made of the most suitable and immediately available interim professional, accompanied by a detailed explanation.
• Interviews are conducted with the candidates selected by the client.
• If the perfect candidate is selected, the start date of the assignment will be determined in combination with the estimated duration. Based on these criteria, the client and the candidate will enter into a contract. The contract will cover all relevant issues concerning the deployment of the interim professional committed to the assignment. During the term of the contract Tailor Made Recruitment will remain in contact with the client as well as the interim professional. This enables us to protect mutual expectations and quality throughout the whole process.
• After completion, the interim assignment will be evaluated with the client
