Advisory Board

The service sector is complex and keeps changing continuously. Tailor Made Recruitment likes to be challenged concerning its goals of policy, services and strategy. We are pleased to have composed an Advisory Board with members of different disciplines, assisting us with their opinions and sharing their knowledge and extensive professional experience. We like to stay focused and we believe that our identity and integrity is hereby ensured on a continuous basis.

The Advisory Board consists of:

• Patrick Speek, Group CFO Averda
  Patrick started his career at the Dutch Tax Authorities. In 1997 he moved to General Electric (GE), where he held various finance positions. Since 2005 Patrick has acted as CFO EMEA within several organizations such as Fluke (Danaher Corporation), JLG Industries and A. Schulman Inc. Patrick is currently working as Group CFO at Averda (www.averda.com).
• Edwin Nijman, CFO Care Schadeservice
  Since 2011 Edwin has been working as CFO of Care Schadeservice (www.care-autoschade.nl). Since 2011 works as CFO of Care Schadeservice (www.care-autoschade.nl). Edwin started his career at KPMG. After 17 years he moved to the CRH Group. Before working at Care Edwin acted as FD/ CFO at Papyrus Group Netherlands (FD) and Applus RTD (CFO).
• Lieuwke de Jong, CEO Mellon Medical
  Lieuwke is the acting CEO of Mellon Medical BV, a specialist in smart suturing technology (www.mellonmedical.com). He is also founder and CEO of Medical Intellectual Property (IP-Med), a platform for innovative and commercially viable medical ideas. Lieuwke has worked in the past at numerous organizations, including Shell, KPMG, the United Nations and the European Commission.
